Role Overview : As a full-cycle HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams across property management, operations, sales, and maintenance. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities :
• Source and attract top local talent through targeted channels.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Promote diversity, equity, and a positive candidate experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of remote recruitment strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in recruitment (real estate or property sector preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of job market and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Bonus : Experience with executive or luxury sector searches.
