Responsibilities • Assist in the creation and development of written content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, and social media. • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style. • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new content ideas and strategies. • Provide support to the helpdesk team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Conduct research to gather information and insights for content development and customer support. • Maintain organized records of writing projects and helpdesk interactions for future reference. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on content and customer service improvements. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in writing and customer support.
