You will use your negotiation skills and people-savvy to connect with homeowners, present compelling offers, and guide them through a seamless process—all while enjoying unlimited earning potential. Qualifications ● Required: Completion of Job Fit Assessment (see link below). ● Sales Focused: Strong negotiation and closing abilities. ● Communication Skills: Exceptional phone demeanor and ability to build trust quickly. ● Attention to Detail: Capable of effectively nurturing leads over time. ● Problem-Solving: Adept at creating win/win solutions for both sellers and the company. ● (Preferred) Light construction knowledge or real estate background. ● (Bonus) Real Estate License or relevant real estate experience.
