Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, and chat) from applicants in a timely and professional manner, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Provide technical assistance to applicants, helping them navigate our application system and complete their applications successfully.
  • Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicants' questions, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of our applicants' needs and concerns.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about all arenaflex application programs, providing excellent applicant support and ensuring that our applicants have a positive experience with our organization.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers or applicants.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt to changing technology and workflows.
  • Strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, with a deep understanding of and appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to adapt quickly to new challenges, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of activity (phone, email, and chat), prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual abilities, with fluency in English and one or more of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, or other languages.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and priorities.
  • U.S. work authorization, with the ability to work legally in the United States.
