As a pharmacy technician at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with patients, engage with them, and provide assistance with services and products. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with national and federal regulations * Use pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions * Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products * Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure a superb customer experience * Develop strong relationships with most valuable customers * Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy manager, personnel Pharmacist, and store supervisor, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy * Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining work flow * Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the quality improvement program * Adhere to the arenaflex Co.
