Sr. Plex Systems ERP Program/Project Manager

Sr. Plex Systems ERP Project Manager TOP Consulting is hiring a Senior Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of a vendor assessment and selection for a series of ERP related projects. Individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project life-cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, and developing a deployment roadmap for the selected ERP solution. Position involves broad interaction with different functional areas and information technology. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in Project Management methodologies. Roles and Responsibilities • Demonstrated experience in managing programs or complex projects involving multiple projects and oversight of multiple resources • Experience with development and reporting of project status, issues and project financial analysis • Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills • Strong understanding of FMS,SCM and HCM principles and practices • Excellent organization, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills • Escalate issues to Program Manager when required • Provide status updates to Program Manager as warranted, once per week minimum • Present project status updates to IT Executive Steering Committee as requested • Dedicated to exemplary customer service Qualifications • Minimum five years’ experience in ERP Selection and Deployment • Minimum five years' experience in Project Management • Experience implementing Plex Systems. • Experience leading ERP vendor selection programs • Experience developing detailed program Roadmaps • Manufacturing/Retail Experience • PMP Certification • 4 year degree required Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
