The Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing referrals and facilitating communication among staff to ensure high-quality patient services. Responsibilities • The Intake Coordinator is responsible for processing referrals for designated service line programs and admission scheduling directly or by facilitation to assure coordination of delivery of patient services • The coordinator facilitates contact amongst the medical, clinical and administrative staff as needed Skills • High School Graduate • Demonstrates leadership and analytical skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills • Associates Degree • CNA or LPN • Minimum of 3 years of directly related work experience in healthcare • Qualified Spanish speaking applicants encouraged to apply Benefits • Comprehensive medical coverage that covers many common services at no cost or for a low copay.
