Senior Associate, Site Content

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2025-11-24
About the position Brooklinen is looking for a Senior Associate, Site Content to help shape how our site looks, feels, and functions for every customer. In this role, you’ll be the primary owner of all managed content across Brooklinen.com, ensuring a seamless, high-quality onsite experience. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Site Merchandising, Digital Product, and Creative. You’ll act as the site’s “power user,” owning execution within Dynamic Yield and Shopify, and serving as the main point of contact for the Digital Product team to ensure new functionality launches flawlessly. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all evergreen and promotional content across the site • Manage all Shopify content throughout the user journey, and ongoing maintenance of global navigation and footer content • Ensure content updates are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for both mobile and desktop experiences • Own end-to-end execution within Dynamic Yield, including content deployment, targeting, and experimentation. • Build, launch, and monitor onsite experiences and A/B tests aimed at improving conversion, engagement, and customer experience • Partner closely with Ecommerce and Analytics to evaluate performance and apply learnings • Act as the primary site experience point of contact for the Digital Product team • Attend technical sprints to represent site content and merchandising needs • Provide input on feasibility and UX, and serve as lead QA for new features, releases, and theme updates • Oversee the day-to-day health of the Shopify theme • Ensure content updates align with site architecture and do not introduce visual or functional issues • Troubleshoot front-end display issues and partner with Product or Engineering when needed • Translate technical requirements and product updates into clear, scalable workflows for the Site Merchandising team • Help streamline processes to make content updates faster, safer, and more efficient • Own QA for all site updates—from weekly content refreshes to major feature launches • Ensure all links, buttons, modules, and experiences function correctly across devices and browsers • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers Requirements • 2-4 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital operations, or a related field • Platform proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopify and Dynamic Yield strongly preferred; familiarity with CMS tools and analytics platforms (Heap, Omni) is a plus • Technical curiosity: A genuine interest in how ecommerce sites work “under the hood” and a desire to partner closely with Product and Engineering • Process-oriented mindset: You enjoy building workflows and systems that reduce errors and increase efficiency • Meticulous attention to detail: You have a sharp eye for QA and catch the small issues others miss • Strong collaboration skills: You communicate effectively with both creative partners and technical teams Benefits • Up to 100% coverage for employee-only medical, dental, and vision. • Support for all family-building journeys, including a lifetime benefit of up to $20,000 through Carrot (with a $10,000 annual cap). • 401K with a 4% company match. • Pre-tax savings to support your daily commute. • 40% employee discount • 25% friends & family discount • Seasonal product allowance • Free One Medical membership • Free Talkspace membership • $1,000 annually through Joon to support mental, physical, and lifestyle well-being • 14 fully paid weeks for all new parents. • 20 vacation days annually (25 days after 5 years) • Year-round Summer Fridays with a 3 pm close • One fully paid month at your five-year anniversary. • Two in-office days weekly during core days (Tues–Thurs) • Additional in-office days welcome — our space is designed for connection and ease • Remote Thanksgiving week • Remote last week of December • Up to four additional remote weeks per year with manager approval • Competitive equity grants — because the future we build is shared.
