Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through different channels, including phone and email

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by collaborating with various departments, such as operations or product teams, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Manage customer orders, including processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information, and keeping them informed about the status of their orders and any expected delays
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes, and share input with relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures while assisting customers, and stay up-to-date with any changes in company policies
  • Utilize various customer service tools, software, and systems to manage customer interactions efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail
  • 1 year of experience working directly with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • 1 year of experience identifying and resolving customer issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction
  • 1 year of experience successfully managing time, handling multiple customer requests, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses
  • 1 year of experience building customer relationships and resolving customer complaints
