**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve moderation processes.
**Qualifications:**
* **Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.** We welcome candidates with a degree in Communications, English, Psychology, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have equivalent practical experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field.
* **Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.** You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.** You'll be interacting with users, colleagues, and management, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* **Familiarity with online content platforms and social media.** You'll need to be comfortable with online platforms, social media, and digital tools.
