About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at arenaflex in Austin, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients via live chat. Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries and Provide Support via Live Chat: You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and clients, responding to their inquiries and providing support via live chat. Your goal will be to resolve their issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Assist Customers with Placing Orders, Tracking Shipments, and Resolving Issues: You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the support they need to place orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Other Team Members to Ensure Excellent Customer Service: As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve department goals and ensure that our patients and clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Utilize Decision-Making Skills to Provide Quick and Accurate Solutions to Customer Problems: You'll use your decision-making skills to provide quick and accurate solutions to customer problems, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Work in Cooperation with Team Members to Achieve Department Goals: You'll work closely with your team to achieve department goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure that our patients and clients receive the best possible experience.
  • Maintain a Positive and Professional Attitude while Interacting with Customers: You'll maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers, ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is always exceptional.
