Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist with Ryz Labs, you will perform in-person evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and guide patients through rehabilitation programs to restore mobility, strength, and functional independence. You will work directly with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, chronic conditions, and mobility limitations.

This role is ideal for PTs who are passionate about direct, hands-on care and enjoy working in collaborative clinical environments.

Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Duties

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations in person.

Develop individualized treatment programs based on patient goals and clinical findings.

Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and movement retraining.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and long-term health strategies

Treatment Delivery & Documentation

Deliver safe, evidence-based treatments aligned with PT standards of practice

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical systems.

Ensure all care adheres to state regulations and clinical quality guidelines.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with clinic coordinators, physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages and physical abilities.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Licensing & Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy.

Active physical therapy license in one of the following states:

Indiana

Massachusetts

Washington

Maryland

Arizona

Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Skills & Experience

2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, orthopedic, sports therapy, or similar)

Strong hands-on assessment and treatment skills.

Strong interpersonal, patient communication, and education abilities.

Comfortable working autonomously and managing an onsite caseload.

Technical & Operational Requirements

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Ability to maintain high clinical standards in fast-paced or varied-care environments.

Reliable transportation to assigned clinical sites.
