Associate Operations Support Analyst
Citi is a global bank that provides a wide range of financial services. The Associate Operations Support Analyst role involves providing operations support services, maintaining records, and serving as a liaison between various teams to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include analyzing reports, training team members, and managing compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Run and analyze reports such as monthly drill reports to create a master drill schedule
- Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results
- Assist in training team members on drill processes as well as provide testing assistance for production validation
- Prepare basic presentations for management and audit
- Support trouble ticket resolution
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
- Research and process returned safe deposit payments and submit subsequent financials
- Giving direction to CSIPL and assigning work to CSIPL to complete. Feedback provided to CSIPL management as coaching tool for processors
- Work closely with Safebox Vault Operations team to keep process in compliance with state reporting deadlines
- Participating in branch closing/relocation project calls presenting progress, creating reports, conducting training, fielding questions, and working with Legal to provide responses
- Issues concerning the Safebox Accounting system and safe deposit administration must be escalated immediately to management
- Manage drill notice letter inventory working closely with Legal/Compliance to approve changes made to client drill notices
Skills
- Knowledge of Basic Banking and Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
