[Remote] Client Success Instructional Designer I
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Debt Relief, LLC is a leading debt settlement organization dedicated to helping consumers manage overwhelming debt. The Client Success Instructional Designer I will assist in designing and developing learning materials, collaborating with team members to create engaging learning experiences that support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, and other learning resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on learning initiatives to understand and respond to business needs
- Apply basic adult learning theory and instructional design practices to create engaging learning experiences
- Support Needs Assessment processes to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improvement, setting clear performance-based objectives and measures
- Assist in creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions
- Develop learning assets in a variety of formats, including but not limited to Instructor Led Training (ILT/vILT), eLearning, job aids, and video
- Develop learning experiences using a systemic design process (ADDIE/SAM) that supports continued quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement
- Facilitate (as necessary) development programs to Team Members using adult learning principles and a blended learning approach
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- 1-year corporate training, human resources, learning & development, talent management, or related experience required
- 1-year of experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or comparable platforms is required
- Basic understanding of instructional design for different modalities (e.g., ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development
- Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settings
- Willingness to learn and grow in instructional design and development practices
- Computer competency and ability to work with a computer
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis
- Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions
- Take constructive feedback
- 1-year experience with financial products/services in a call-center environment is preferred
- Basic graphic design skills - familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator is a plus
