Content Creator / Marketing Hybrid
Media Core is hiring a Content Creator / Marketing Hybrid to own their brand-facing content and drive inbound leads through storytelling. This role involves creating and managing video content, building brand awareness, and educating businesses on video usage for growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the weekly Media Core vlog from filming through publishing
- Film, edit, and publish long-form and short-form video content
- Create short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, educational content, and personality-driven content
- Create educational and thought leadership content
- Manage and publish content across YouTube
- TikTok
- Create thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and basic SEO optimization
- Ensure content is published consistently and on time
- Create monthly newsletters through Mailchimp and nurture campaigns in HubSpot
- Capture photo and video content from events, sponsorships, and community involvement
- Create client-facing media 'care packages' using BTS footage, reels, and photos
- Collaborate on light graphic design needs such as thumbnails and sales assets
- Occasionally assist the production team as a second shooter or editor
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage on client shoots
- Stay current on content, platform, and industry trends
- Proactively bring new ideas to the table
- Help explore community collaborations and partnerships
