The IT Desktop Support Analyst provides onsite and remote technical support for end-users, focusing on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

• Provides onsite and remote technical support for end-users in and from our corporate offices
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, printers, and peripherals
