Associate Attorney - Litigation/TIPS
Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. is one of South Carolina’s leading law firms, and they are seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Litigation/TIPS practice. The role involves significant case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients, while providing opportunities for mentoring and training from senior lawyers.
Responsibilities
- Candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients
- Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm
Skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong oral advocacy skills
- 1-3 years of prior litigation experience
- Current membership with the South Carolina Bar
- Motivated
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage a caseload as the lead attorney
- Willingness to receive mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers
