Outside Sales Consultant

Pyramid Roofing is a trusted provider of roofing, gutter, and inspection services across Virginia. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will conduct in-home inspections and deliver presentations to homeowners, helping them make informed decisions about roofing and exterior improvements.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on company-provided leads, complete bids, and close sales
• Conduct multiple in-home roofing and exterior inspections daily
• Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and guide them through the consultation process
• Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners
• Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows
• Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed
• Adhere to company sales processes and best practices

Skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & background check
• Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
• Ability to use CRM software, Microsoft Office, and iOS tools
• Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• In-home sales or home improvement sales experience (roofing experience not required)
