[Remote] Customer Success Services Project Manager

The role involves managing professional services projects, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage professional services projects for customers
- Conduct project kick-off and customer status meetings with clear communication
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to schedule and complete tasks on time
- Monitor project timelines and milestone progress to maintain focus and efficiency
- Maintain project data in internal systems and project management tools, including status updates and forecasts
- Address and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and maintaining communication
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in professional services or customer service
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage a large volume of customers and projects concurrently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with SalesForce and/or Certinia is a plus
