[Remote] Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (MidAtlantic) Remote

Copart is a technology leader and the premier online vehicle auction platform globally, seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to customers. The role involves understanding client needs, offering solutions, and facilitating a unique customer service experience while being the first point of contact for the company.
Responsibilities
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Position may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Answer and place call in a professional manner
- Measured on call quality – (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls)
- Focus on a call resolution & use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed 45WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Occasional overtime as needed
