TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking a collaborative and strategic thinker to drive category growth in the Collectibles and Luxury Resale sector. The role involves developing category strategies, driving marketing and user growth, and leading external partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop category strategies covering rules/policies, supply health, product structure, and competitive positioning
- Drive category marketing and user growth strategies across LIVE, short videos, and affiliate
- Lead external partnerships with grading firms, authentication providers, major dealers, and resale ecosystem partners
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, GNE, Risk, and Marketing to deliver category roadmap and solve structural bottlenecks
Skills
- 1+ years in strategy, category management, marketplace operations, or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build frameworks and influence cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Familiarity with authentication, grading, condition attributes, and resale workflows is a plus
- Experience in collectibles, luxury resale, or high-value secondary markets preferred
