[Remote] Oracle Health Charge Services Associate Consultant

The Associate Consultant will consult with clients on service line workflows, provide solution oversight, and lead revenue cycle implementations for federal healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end revenue cycle implementations with a focus on charge services for federal healthcare clients (DoD, and potentially VA)
- Configure and customize Cerner Millennium solutions to meet the specific needs of federal reimbursement models and operational workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing hands-on support during deployment and post-go-live stabilization
- Adapt to evolving client needs in fast-paced environments, ensuring alignment with government regulations and project goals
Skills
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Cerner Charge Services, ideally in a federal healthcare setting
- Proven track record in Cerner Millennium implementation, configuration, and optimization
- Ability to quickly understand and navigate federal reimbursement processes, including insurance and billing workflows
- Direct experience supporting DoD or VA healthcare projects is strongly preferred
- Exposure to both commercial and federal revenue cycle environments, demonstrating adaptability and a broad understanding of industry best practices

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
