[Remote] Work from Home - Client Onboarding Specialist - Will Train
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Miller Family Agency is dedicated to helping motivated individuals launch flexible sales careers. The Client Onboarding Specialist will work with warm leads to help families secure tailored protection plans while collaborating with a team and receiving mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
- Use warm, inbound leads—absolutely no cold calling
- Collaborate with a team and get support from experienced mentors
- Operate independently with self-discipline and integrity
- Help families secure protection plans tailored to their financial needs
Skills
- Must be a US Citizen or have Permanent Residency
- A self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented individual
- Strong desire to succeed, grow, and make an impact
- Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
