Operations Project Management Analyst

Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm that specializes in supporting defense programs. They are seeking an Operations Project Management Analyst to implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD initiatives, ensuring project success through careful analysis and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs
• Work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting
• Help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with stakeholders, project officers, and senior leaders
• Ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards

Skills

• Experience advising and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, report, and develop recommendations on data related to operational metrics and acquisition planning tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to communicate deadlines and provide input on mitigation strategies with senior-level military and civilian officials
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with supporting or participating on project teams, undertaking tasks or objectives that accomplish goals
• Ability to be a motivated self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to work in dynamic team-based environments
• Possession of excellent organizational skills
• Secret clearance
