Recruiting Coordinator
Aflac is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their talent acquisition and licensing process. The role focuses on execution, follow-up, and consistency, providing an opportunity for growth and ownership of work.
Responsibilities
- You will own the day-to-day flow of candidates through the recruiting and licensing process
- Review and screen incoming applications
- Schedule candidates for group overview sessions
- Follow up with reminders to increase attendance
- Reschedule no-shows and keep candidates moving forward
- Coordinate interviews with leadership
- Guide candidates through licensing requirements
- Track progress and maintain accurate records
