[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses. The Account Executive will drive revenue by understanding client needs, generating new leads, and maintaining a consultative approach to build long-lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and new relationships by keeping a pulse on the industry
- Develop sales strategies and stay up-to-date with business trends
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations (half of your time)
- Maintain a robust new business pipeline through regular prospect follow-up and nurturing
- Conduct pricing negotiations
- Close new business deals
Skills
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years of full cycle B2B software sales and prospecting experience, with a background in selling to the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Outreach, Gong & Chili Piper
- You love prospecting and speaking with new people over the phone and, dare I say it, meeting people in person
- Organizational and time-management skills
- The ability to be financially-savvy in negotiating contract terms
- A strong sense of urgency that moves clients from analysis to action
- Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment
- Bonus points for medspa experience
