Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze HR business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Configure Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, and other HCM modules
  • Support system implementation, data migration, and HR process optimization
  • Create functional design documents, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide end-user training, system support, and post-go-live assistance
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory regulations, and data security
