Specsavers is a multi-award-winning optical retail group that is rapidly expanding in Canada. As an Eyecare Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality and affordable eyecare, exceeding customer expectations while guiding them through their eyewear options.
Responsibilities
- Introducing what we’re all about and that is providing the ultimate in quality and affordable eyecare for everyone
- Pleasantly exceed your customers’ expectations through your shining, caring personality
- Guide them through our range of stylish frames
- Support customers who see themselves through contact lenses for the first time
- Embracing our unique Specsavers Customer Experience model
- Prioritize driving long term customer relationships over short term results
- Work well under pressure while also achieve excellent technical standards
- Creating and celebrating WOW moments
- Delivering experiences that transcend customers’ expectations
- Provide knowledgeable eyewear suggestions and styling advice
- Offer flexibility to work retail hours which may include some later nights and weekends
Skills
- A passion for providing superb customer service motivated by uncovering new ways to enhance the optical shopping experience
- Ability to work well under pressure while also achieving excellent technical standards
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor while working with customers to provide knowledgeable eyewear suggestions and styling advice
- Reliability and flexibility to work retail hours which may include some later nights and weekends
- No experience in optics necessary but a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn
- Experience in optics
