Associate Project Manager

Bosch Home Comfort USA is a multinational engineering and electronics organization, and they are seeking an Associate Project Manager. The role involves coordinating packaging artwork projects while ensuring compliance with product, marketing, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collecting & consolidating required artwork contents per requirements
• Facilitating creation of artwork with external agency & internal stakeholders
• Maintaining art files (filing for records & processing in master database)
• Tracking projects, timelines and associated costs
• Supporting Operations (product setup tracking, Bill of Material entries in master database, manual upload in marketing database, product safety review follow up) for transition topics

Skills

• Bachelors Degree required
• Previous work experience in design work or graphic design required
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (CS) required
• Experience with project management and working as part of a cross-functional team required
• Understanding of pre-press, printing processes and operations required
