GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for Dunkin' Donuts who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role involves leading and motivating crew members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving operational excellence to create a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and coach crew members, playing a pivotal role in their development and the store's success
• Lead by example in delivering top-tier guest service, setting the standard for your team
• Drive operational standards and efficiency, ensuring each guest leaves happier
• Manage team dynamics effectively, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment
• Enhance your skills with our comprehensive training programs, including ServSafe certification
• Guide crew members through their shifts, clearly communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and acknowledging their achievements
• Utilize team members optimally throughout the shift to meet guest needs and maintain service standards
• Assist in training crew members, in line with directives from the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
• Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during your shift
• Uphold our commitment to guest service, fostering a sense of urgency to meet needs and resolve any issues
• Ensure that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Oversee the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to effectively manage labor and food costs
• Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills
• Energetic leaders who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred
