[Remote] Customer Service Representitive

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers and floral partners, providing top-notch support and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate Tier 1 support to our customers and floral partners via phone and email
- Listen to customer inquiries, diagnose issues, and provide helpful solutions
- Accurately identify and escalate complex technical issues to our engineering team
- Ensure an outstanding experience for every customer by going the extra mile to resolve their concerns
- Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance our support processes and overall user experience
- Help customers and partners maximize their use of BloomNation's platform to grow their businesses
Skills

- Comfortable learning and using various support tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and over the phone
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail or service industry experience is a big plus)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking
