- Meet Performance Metrics and Goals: Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service, is preferred.
