**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from 11pm to 7am. You will be responsible for analyzing loan applications, making payment arrangements, and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries
* Consistently and accurately document all information pertaining to accounts, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures
* Use basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions
* Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively, listening to and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally
* Maintain a professional manner, showing sensitivity, tact, and professionalism when speaking to customers
* Follow written and/or verbal instructions, working within the laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Process card payments accurately and efficiently
* Perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
* Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan and make informed decisions
* Follow up with customers to clarify important points and ensure a smooth customer experience
* Finalize loan details and keep customers informed of rules and obligations
* Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services, ensuring you have the latest knowledge and expertise
* Create and renew records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
* Identify customer needs, explore all options available to customers, and provide personalized solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to the needs of the company
* Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously
* Meet monthly individual goals as set by management, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a financial institution or related field
* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on resolving customer inquiries and complaints
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure, navigating tense situations with ease
* Proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or communications
* Previous experience working in a financial institution or related field
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Proficient user of the Internet and cloud-based storage

* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other financial institution systems
**Working Conditions / Physical Demands**
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly
* Sitting for extended periods of time
* Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
* Fully remote after initial 1-week training period (training will be 8am-5pm M-F during 1st week)
