**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat support
* Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving client complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

**Key Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Experience with data entry and analysis
