**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
* Process orders and resolve issues related to order status, shipping, and stock availability
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and track call types
* Meet or exceed customer service standards and support service levels
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume calls or call center experience
* Medical-related background (medical billing, claims experience, in-office experience in a medical setting) or insurance experience is a plus
* Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated listening and comprehension skills
* Ability to maintain composure when dealing with difficult customer situations
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
* SAP experience a plus
* Previous experience in the optical industry is a plus
* Ability to navigate information systems and internet
* Strong English comprehension and a good command of grammar
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual French speaking skills
* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
