[Remote] Litigation Associate Attorney
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP is a leading national law firm seeking an attorney to join its Defense Litigation practice group. This role involves representing clients in complex insurance coverage litigation and requires strong research and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Representing national and international insurance clients in a wide range of complex coverage areas, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters
- Conducting research and writing legal documents
- Managing a diverse and challenging caseload
Skills
- Must be admitted to the California bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts
- Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience representing clients in insurance coverage litigation matters
