Salesforce System Leader - Application Services - Corporate Office preferred (Austin, MN)

They are seeking a Salesforce System Leader to manage and optimize the Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction while collaborating with business leaders to implement system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Independently create, document, and manage changes to the Salesforce system
- Maintain the Salesforce system, security, performance, and integrity
- Develop user assistance training, drive adoption, and manage satisfaction
- Oversee data quality, data migration and maintenance of the Salesforce system
- Collaboratively partner with business leaders and functional owners, to gather detailed requests and requirements for improvements, changes, and/or new functionality to the system and implement these changes as appropriate
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Manage and create process automation flows
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Current Salesforce Administrator or similar certification
- Experience developing or supporting Salesforce or similar cloud applications
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
- Pattern of initiative with strong analytical skills, and a process-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of related projects
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, including leadership and persuasive skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification and 1+ year of experience supporting or managing Salesforce
- Recent experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI functions
- Strong technical skills specifically related to data modeling and process management
- Experience with Tableau, Pardot, Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management platforms
