The role involves providing essential resident care services, including medication distribution, and ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care services including medicine distribution to residents
  • Follow individualized plan of care for all residents
  • Assist to complete and maintain current individualized care plan for each resident
  • Provide timely interventions to change of condition and share this with care staff and family as instructed

Skills

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A valid CMT license in the state of Texas
