[Remote] B2B Regional Business Development Rep
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BDC United is a rapidly growing company seeking elite outbound B2B performers who desire control over their income and schedule. The role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to automotive dealership decision-makers and booking meetings for the senior sales team.
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to automotive dealership decision-makers
- Engage GMs, Dealer Principals, Fixed Ops Directors, and senior leaders
- Deliver concise, confident value-based conversations
- Book qualified discovery meetings for our senior sales team
- Manage follow-ups and activity through our CRM
- Hit daily and weekly KPIs that directly drive your income
Skills
- Reliable computer, headset, and internet
- Ability to work full-time and maintain consistent outbound volume
- Fluent in English
- Proven B2B outbound sales / SDR / BDR professionals
- Comfortable with high call volume and rejection
- Self-driven, competitive, and disciplined
- Confident speaking with executive-level decision-makers
- Automotive experience is a huge plus, but not required
- Automotive dealership experience is a strong plus
- Automotive: 1 year
