Insurance Defense Attorney- Fully Remote

Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney Location: California (Fully Remote) About the Firm: Our client is a premier insurance defense litigation firm. They are seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling insurance defense matters, including general liability, premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, or property damage claims. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from start to finish. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and dispositive motions. • Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Active membership in the California State Bar (in good standing). • Trial experience or significant deposition and motion practice is a plus. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150k-$300k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
