Job Title: Remote Carrier Revenue Analyst - Unlock Your Potential in Finance

Job Description: We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Carrier Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at Workwarp. As a key player in our rapidly growing Carrier Revenue team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving claims reimbursement discrepancies, analyzing trends, and communicating with healthcare payers and internal stakeholders to drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Create and analyze revenue and claims reports to inform key stakeholders in the Finance department Review claims to identify denials, underpayments, and trends, and develop corrective action plans to address root causes Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain accurate records and reporting on account collection activity using Microsoft Excel Collaborate with colleagues to support team success and contribute to the overall growth of the organization About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience Minimum 2 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or a similar field Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and ability to learn new systems and programs SQL knowledge is preferred, but not required A positive and exceptional work ethic, with a passion for finance and business administration What We Offer: At Progyny, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000, comprehensive benefits, including family-friendly benefits, health, dental, vision, and life insurance options, paid vacation and summer flex time, company equity, bonus program, and 401K Match.
