Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline.
• Experience with analysis and statistical software like SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and/or others to perform analysis and interpret data.
• Profound knowledge of SQL and open-source data science and statistics bundles like Python, R, Flash, etc.
• Experience establishing and maintaining key associations with inside (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and outside (business community, clients, and merchants) within a matrix organization to foster strategies that meet office objectives within budget and timelines.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership.
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
