Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for external content teams, addressing their technical queries, resolving issues, and providing training on the use of content tools. The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support to content and external teams regarding the use of content tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
  • Develop and maintain reference materials, guides, and training programs to onboard external teams and enhance their proficiency with the toolset.
  • Debug and solve issues with tools and workflows, collaborating with the tools engineering team to implement fixes and improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to the tool development team and work closely with production to track these issues in JIRA, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
