Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers and network distribution software. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting complex client/server or base software systems. As a key member of our team, you will set operational specifications, formulate and analyze software requirements, and establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes. Your goal will be to develop comprehensive, scalable recovery plans that span multiple groups and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and test operating systems-level software compilers and network distribution software to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Plan, architect, deploy, or support complex client/server or base software systems, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements to inform design and development decisions.
  • Establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes, resulting in comprehensive, scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services.
  • Develop or contribute to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
  • Lead investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a related field.
  • 12 months of experience providing customer technical readiness, delivery support, on-premise and remote technical support, solution development, and account management.
  • 12 months of experience in each of the following: Azure, Azure Services, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery), SQL Server, Linux, and Kubernetes.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, software development, and technical support principles, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $128,502 to $158,502 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for a range of perks and benefits, including:
