Job Overview

The Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the review of provider data, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. Key Responsibilities

• Provides functional support and performs data entry and cleanup for data transfers, including complex and sensitive information
• Performs complicated data exchanges and maintenance related to operations, migrations, and new product implementations
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure quality provider data for customers
• Maintains and updates provider segment and contract data, including sensitive or complex transactions, in appropriate systems to support claims settlement and provider catalog
• Works cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to implement new organizations and complex administrative arrangements
• Identifies, analyzes, and directs root cause investigations and collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to recommend process improvements
• Conducts and oversees reviews of provider data and escalates issues for resolution as necessary

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of provider-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
• Provider Data Maintenance experience
• Past production environment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CPB or EPDB knowledge
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations
• Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications

Education

A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $18.50 - $35.29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
