**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming customers and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
* Maintaining a clean and organized ticket counter area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Assisting customers with self-service kiosks and baggage handling.
* Troubleshooting technical issues with stand equipment and collaborating with IT to resolve problems.
* Verifying customers' carry-on and checked baggage comply with FAA and arenaflex policies.
* Checking and clearing travel documents, such as passports and visas, for international travelers.
* Handling checked baggage, including processing credit card transactions and self-labeling.
* Managing lines in ticket counter areas, prioritizing departures and special assistance requests.
* Accepting and activating customers' self-labeled baggage at the gate.
* Moving baggage throughout the ticket counter area, including checking oversized items.
* Assisting customers with mobility issues, sporting equipment, and other large items.
* Referencing customers to customer service specialists when necessary.
* Performing freedom and confirmation of records at stands.
* Assisting with the movement of non-mobility customers, including boarding, deplaning, and transportation.
* Helping unaccompanied minors with boarding, deplaning, or other transportation.
* Providing gate information and directions to customers.
* Performing paging exercises, such as reporting forgotten items or requesting customers to return to locked bags (at certain airports).
* Performing other related duties as deemed functionally significant by management, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
**Total Occupation Applicable Preparation Stages**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be expected to:
* Arrive on time, as scheduled, and at your designated station or area, including compulsory overtime requirements, changing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Comply with applicable laws (e.g., Dab, FAA, TSA).
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and execution principles.
* Wear uniform attire as required by company policy.
* Provide quality customer service in a professional manner, as per arenaflex's standards.
* Utilize various internal resources and frameworks, including during customer interactions.

**All You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll require:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED or international equivalent).
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Read, write, and speak English fluently.
* Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas.
* A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities.
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, extensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements.
* Satisfy FAA criminal background investigations to meet requirements for unescorted access to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
* Be eligible to work in the U.S.
* Possess a valid airport power and US Customs security identification, if relevant.
**Favored Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Working knowledge of Saber or other Traveler Service Frameworks.
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
* Experience working in a high-speed environment.
