Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Evaluator. The Performance Evaluator will be responsible for evaluating customer experiences by observing and analyzing business operations, reviewing customer service interactions, and providing feedback and detailed reports. The role requires attention to detail, adhering to company standards and guidelines while maintaining objectivity and confidentiality in assessments.
Qualifications
• Strong observation, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines effectively
• Basic proficiency with digital tools, data entry, and report compilation
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate objectivity in evaluations
• Experience in customer service, quality assessment, or similar fields is beneficial
• Familiarity with various industry standards and practices is a plus
