Remote Recruiter 3 (AI & Data Science)
About the position
We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter for a virtual position that will initially be a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension on a quarterly basis, potentially up to 18 months. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition within a large organization. This role demands a strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and the ability to execute swiftly while maintaining quality to meet business hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all full-time employee roles across various business lines including Azure, data security, and sales marketing.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while extending offers or rejections as necessary.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay informed about current and future hiring needs.
• Engage with candidates to inform them of potential employment opportunities and keep them interested in future roles.
Requirements
• 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity, or a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop effective hiring strategies under tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle high volumes of recruitment or manage a full requisition load consistently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
• Proficiency in Boolean Search Strings and the ability to conduct searches across multiple platforms.
Nice-to-haves
• Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
