Ghostwriter & Content Strategist
We are looking for a Ghostwriter & Content Strategist who specializes in LinkedIn personal branding for founders, leaders, and professionals. The role involves crafting authentic, high-impact LinkedIn content that reflects the client’s voice, builds authority, and drives engagement. This is a priority hire and ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn algorithms, storytelling, and positioning.
Key Responsibilities
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts (short-form & long-form) in the client’s voice
• Build and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with personal brand goals
• Conduct voice discovery calls or research to capture tone and perspective
• Create content calendars and posting schedules
• Write hooks, storytelling posts, carousels, and thought-leadership content
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions
• Analyze post performance and refine strategy accordingly
• Stay updated with LinkedIn trends and algorithm changes
Requirements
• Proven experience in LinkedIn ghostwriting or personal branding
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn content formats and best practices
• Ability to adapt writing style to different personalities and industries
• Experience working with founders, CXOs, or professionals is a plus
• Strong research and content ideation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in content strategy, journalism, or marketing
• Experience building or managing personal brands on LinkedIn
