Responsibilities
- Consult with warm leads who have requested information
- Work from our phones/computer anywhere with a connection
- Provide extensive hands on training and 1 on 1 mentorship
- Earn raises every 2 months
- Cultivate a positive and vibrant environment that makes new agents feel welcome
